Yes, some.

Plastics are all poor conductors compared to metal and glass, but particularly the solid ones will conduct some heat.

Foamed plastics like styrofoam will be a really poor conductor of heat, but even there some will get through.

No regular plastic conducts heat, however some High Melting Point plastics do conduct heat. However these plastics are very rare. Mr Davis is my chemistry teacher at Licensed Victuallers. He imparted this valuable knowledge onto me.

no it is not a good conductor of heat that's why they use it on the handles of cooking pans so you do not get burn as you would if it was a metal handle
