Well to do kaio ken irl u gotta first calm down. Anger or sterss will have negative effects on the technique. As u calm down, view ur dan tien(the place where ki is stored, about 4 cm down ur belly). WARNING! This technique is not simple. To do it, u must master the ki flow and how to let it out of ur body. After viewing ur dan tien, use the calm to make it turn red. View the redness as a oower up and see how ur dan tien gotten bigger. Now extract the energy from surroundings, just like u do when charging up(told ya that u have to master the ki art before doing this). After ur filled with energy, stand in the normal charging position and start screaming louder and higher just like goku. Doing this will lend ur ki out. After that calm down again, visualise the red ki flow radiating from ur body just loke water after it broke an barrage. Now, with ur palms still clenched, pull them up in an x pozition , and as u are starting to pull them back down scream KAIO KEN!. Forgot to mention u must tie up every single muscle from ur body, including facial ones while doing this. After screaming kaio ken u will fell a wave of energy coming up at u.
