I can take 1 mg of a medicine and include it in a 1 ml solute or I can put 100mg of the medicine into the 1 ml solute. It depends on the concentration of the solution which I need

2 mL is 2/5 of a teaspoonful, which is very hard to measure. It would be best to get a medication syringe for this amount to make sure the dose is accurate.
