To convert micrograms per gram to percent, you can divide the micrograms by 10,000 to convert to milligrams per gram, and then divide that value by 10 to convert to percent. For example, if you have 500 μg/g, you would divide 500 by 10,000 to get 0.05 mg/g, and then divide 0.05 by 10 to get 0.005%, which is equivalent to 500 μg/g.

To convert to percentage, think that grams are in a sense equivalent to millilitres. So a percentage would be 10 grams per litre. (this is because percentage means out of 100). So Micrograms to 10 grams, you have to divide by 10,000,000.

You do not. A litre is a measure of volume, whereas a milligram is a measure of mass. The two measure different things.

On the other hand, a percentage is a pure number - with no units. A percentage can only be calculated when the two measures are of the same characteristic - though possibly expressed in different units.

take the derivative of pi, then sanction it with e, making the percentage from the microgram
