Unless you are accustomed to high desert conditions, 105 degrees Fahrenheit is extremely hot. Recently we got to 105 in Indianapolis IN for the first time in 76 years! It is roughly 41 Celsius!

Yes, at higher pressure than StP (sea level) it'll boil at higher temperature: e.g. in pressure cooker or autoclave or steam engine.

Of course the same with the reversed condition: at lower P, then also lower Tboil : eg. high up in the mountains, or in vacuum dryer.
