Stephen Hawking does (not did, for he is still alive) believe in the heliocentric model of the solar system. No scientist has seriously considered the geocentric model for centuries.
Hubble observed the expanding universe, which is much larger than our solar system. The sun is the center of the solar system, but not of the entire universe. Therefore, Hubble's theory is not really geocentric or heliocentric.
Carl Sagan never suggested that the Sun was the center of the universe; he often wrote that our Sun is a perfectly ordinary star whose only claim to fame is that it is ours.
In fact, like every other statement in science, everything is relative. When we refer to the Earth-Moon system, "geocentric" is correct. "Heliocentric" is accurate if we're only talking about our solar system, which orbits the center of the Milky Way galaxy.
And while the Milky Way galaxy is perhaps a little larger than the average, there is nothing particularly special about it - except that this is where WE live.
In fact, there is no way to determine IF the universe has a "center", and if so, where it might be.
Sagan's flaws and idiocy as a political agitator cannot really detract from his genius as an astronomer.
geocentric
most scientist believe in the heliocentric more than the geocentric
Eudoxus believed in geocentric that means the orbits of the planets go in a perfect circle
Heliocentric was thought to believe that the sun was at the center of the solar system and that the planets revolved around the Sun. Geocentric was thought to believe that the earth was the center of the solar system and that the planets revolved around the earth. We now know that our solar system is centered around the sun and is heliocentric.
i believe it is called a brief history of time, after his bestselling book
He was offered Knighthood in 1998 I believe, and turned it down. I think it was because of his criticism on science funding from the UK government.

Aristotle was a geocentric believer( the earth was at the center of the universe.

I believe that was Aristotle. This would be a geocentric universe. Galileo however, knew the universe was heliocentric and was persecuted for it.
yes
The universe is not geocentric - it has no center. Only Luna is geocentric.
In a geocentric universe the earth is the center of the universe or solar system and everything revolves around it. In a heliocentric universe the sun or a star is the center of the universe or solar system. We live in a heliocentric solar system with the sun as the center.
