You misunderstand. !!!

'pounds' is an imperial measure of MASS/WEIGHT

'Cubic yards' is an imperial measure of VOLUME.

None, since there can be no conversion.

A pound is a measure of mass. A cubic yard is a measure of volume. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.

It depends entirely on what is within that cubic yard. -eg, a cubic yard of wet concrete will weigh about 4,000 pounds whereas a cubic yard of dry loam will weigh about 2,000 pounds
