Best Answer

None, since there can be no conversion.

A yard is a measure of length in 1-dimensional space while a cubic yard is a measure of volume in 3-dimensional space. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, any attempt at conversion from one to the other is fundamentally flawed.

A ton is a measure of mass. A cubic yard is a measure of volume. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.

It depends entirely on what is within that cubic yard. -eg, a cubic yard of wet concrete will weigh about 4,000 pounds whereas a cubic yard of dry loam will weigh about 2,000 pounds

It depends on what you are talking about. A cubic yard of lead will weigh a great deal more than a cubic yard of peat.
