Collection of natural numbers along with 0 is called the set of whole numbers.

e.g. 0,1,2,3,...(and so on).

Whole numbers consist of positive integers(1,2,3,...) and 0 which is neither positive nor negative.

There is not a consistent definition for whole number.

Some people say that 0 is not a whole number. So, there is a confusion on a simple thing.
There is no fractional or decimal part. And no negatives
Whole numbers are also known as integers and they have no fractions or decimals attached to them
