The writing on the packaging states : Mercury Gold Dime 1914 . It is 3/8th of an inch wide. It is unique. The photo is to small to read the letters.

U.S. Mercury dimes were minted from 1916 to 1945. If your dime is a U.S. 1914 Barber dime it could be worth from a few dollars (if Good-4) to several hundred (if Mint State-65) depending on severe wear or Brilliant Uncirculated. There's more information at the Related Question.
