Hundreds of teens die each year in alcohol-related crashes. However, the Partnership for Safe Driving reports that both speeding and distracted driving are much more serious problems for teens than drunken driving. According to official statistics collected by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, about seven out of every ten teens killed in traffic crashes had not been drinking at all.
Approximately 1,500 teens die each year from drinking and driving. (CDC statistics show that eight teens - 16-19 years of age - die each day in auto accidents, and approximately half are due to alcohol related causes.)

Billions of teens die yearly because of the motor accidents, these days girls are more susceptible because they drive slower vehicles such as scooties, and people generally try to follow or overtake them . One can avoid the accidents by wearing helmets, being vigilant on road, not listening to music while driving

Many teens get in an accident because they are driving unsafe. Ex. No seatbelts or texting while driving. The ratio of teens to adults getting in an accident is about 71% out of 100% to 48% out of 100% Thank-you
