What is the religious beliefs of UCLA?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

The University of Southern California itself is not religiously-affiliated. However, many religions are represented by student groups and clubs. As stated on the school's website:

"USC is home to a vibrant multifaith community of more than 80 student religious groups, representing most of the world's major denominations, as well as a strong Interfaith Council. Meetings take place in the University Religious Center and other locations on and adjacent to campus. Whatever your spiritual affiliation or interest, the Office of Religious Life at USC helps provide the means for you to observe your faith and learn about others."

No matter your religion, you're bound to find others here who share your beliefs. USC is a very diverse school.

Take my word for it, I'm a Trojan myself! Class of 2013! =)

Oh, and here's a link to the Office of Religious Life's website:

Can you use ssc?

User Avatar

Asked by Cristyclk

Spread Spectrum Clocking is a way to lower electromagnetic interference or EMI. This is important for storage solutions that are required to pass FCC and other agency certifications. Today, some Serial ATA disk drives implement SSC, some allow you to turn this feature on/off, and some do not implement SSC; it is anticipated that all will implement this feature in the near future.=The technique of modulating the operating frequency of a circuit slightly to spread its radiated emissions over a range of frequencies rather than just one tone. This reduction in the maximum emission for a given frequency helps meet FCC requirements=

Lew Alcindor was a Senior in New York City at Power Memorial Academy in 1965, so I am sure it would have been a real surprise to his coach that he was also starting for UCLA. In fact, Lew Alcindor attended UCLA from the fall of 1965 through the spring of 1969. In 1965 freshmen were not eligible to play division one varsity basketball. He started on the UCLA men's freshmen team the entire 1965 - 66 season. The players on the 1965 team that won the 2nd NCAA title for UCLA were: Edgar Lacey Keith Erickson Doug McIntosh Gail Goodrich Freddie Gross Kenny Washington Mike Lynn Brice Chambers John Lyons Rich Levin John Galbraith Vaugh Hoffman The stats on the starters are as follows: Guard Gail Goodrich (24.8 ppg/5.3 rpg) Forward Keith Erickson (12.9 ppg/8.8 rpg) Guard Freddie Goss (12.2 ppg/3.3 rpg) Center Doug McIntosh (6.5 ppg/5.6 rpg) Forward Edgar Lacey (11.6 ppg/10.2 rpg). What is a passing score on the ACT?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

The SAT isn't a Pass/Fail type of test. It is a general ranking of the person taking the test compared to all of the others that take the test. Some colleges have set minimums for what they will consider for admissions, but they also take other factors into account.
