12 to 1 to 20 is what is the answer to this ratio?

This answer isn't clear. What the answer most probably is, what is 20 divided in the ratio of 12:1?

And here is my answer.

12:1

12+1=13

20 divided by 13=1.538

12 x 1.538 = 18.456

1 x 1.538 = 1.538

Trust me, a way you know if your ratio is correct is by adding your answers (18.456 & 1.538) and seeing if you got the number you first started to divide with (# 20) shows the ratio is correct. My answer when I added up my ratios were 19.994. But that's probably the closest you can get.
