Option '3' 'Ali' is a proper noun, as it is a male name used in the Muslim world.

Also, using different spellings it can be used in the western world both for men and women.

For men it is 'Ally' short for Alistair. For women it is 'Alli/ally/alley' short for 'Alison'.

The other two options are common nouns , because you can place the (in)definite article (a/the) immediately in front.
