Not really. You are trying to express an energy in terms of a power unit. You can't express a distance in speed units and this is the same sort of thing. 970 kilowatts running for 1 hour would mean you have to pay for 970 kWH. Equally, 970 Watts running for 1000 hours is also 970KWH. It is an extremely common error.
