When the projectile is launched, the horizontal component of its velocity is V0cos(A).

At its highest point, its vertical speed is zero; all of its speed is horizontal,

and equal to the horizontal speed it had coming out of the muzzle.

V0/6 = V0cos(A)

cos(A) = 1/6

A = cos-1(1/6) = 80.4 degrees (rounded)
