f = s + 30, f/5 + s/3 = 14 or 3f + 5s = 210

3 x (s + 30) + 5s = 210 ie 3s + 90 +5s = 210 ie 8s = 120 so s = 15

Check: Father 45, son 15, 45/5 = 9, 15/3 = 5, 9 + 5 = 14 QED
