Approximatly 3 weeks ago black sediment came out of all faucets toilets ect for approximately 2 days Then just a few days ago you have lost water pressure considerably you have check for water in air?

Sounds like you need a plumber. Perhaps the pipes to the water main to your house have broken. Check your meter with no water running to see if the meter is moving. If so, there is a leak.
