No, in fact, no shape can be both a trapezoid and a rhombus. A rhombus is a quadrilateral with 4 equal sides. Since these 4 sides are equal, it makes the quad a parallelogram meaning BOTH sets of opposite sides are parallel. In a trapezoid, ONLY ONE pair of opposite sides are parallel.
