If a number is both non-terminating andnon-repeating then it is irrational.
It is called irrational because we can not convert the number in to a fraction where the denominator (the number at the bottom) is not 0.
You could search for as long as you liked, but you would not find two integers which when one is divided by the other (when the bottom number is not 0 remember) that would result in a number which is both non-terminating and non-repeating.
