Some might disagree with this, but I think Khan Academy is a good resource if you're learning mathematics up till the level of calculus, differential equations, and basic linear algebra (the teaching method is very "procedural" though). This is a free educational website.
For higher-level topics, you may be able to find verbal explanations of specific topics on YouTube, which is also free, but not necessarily as reputable.
