If you mean are they distinct numbers like 22 and 476, then zero is and infinity is not.

* I do not own a car, so I have 0 cars. That is the number of cars I own.

That sort of statement cannot be made about an infinite 'quantity'.....

There are 60 minutes in an hour.... there is an infinity of minutes in eternity.
