Any non-zero fraction can go into any other fraction. The question of whether or not one number divides into another is relevant only for integers.
Easiest to work with improper fractions: 11 5/8 = (8×11+5)/8 = 93/8 → ½ × 11 5/8 = ½ × 93/8 = 93/16 = (16×5+13)/16 = 5 13/16 (Five and thirteen sixteenths.)
(-5)+(-8)+(-13)+(-16)+(-8)+11+0 11-16-13-8-8-5 -5-13-16-5 -18-21 -39
11/16 − 5/16 = 3/8
fraction between 5/8 and 6/8 = 11/16 5/8 = 10/16 6/8 = 12/16 thus 11/16 is between 5/8 and 6/8.
11 over 16, as 10 over 16 is the equivelant to 5 over 8.
11/16 and 5/8 is 1 5/16.
8*(5+11)/(2+6)= 8(16)/8= 16
5/8 + 1/16 = 10/16 + 1/16 = 11/16
2x - 5 = 11 2x = 11 + 5 2x = 16 2x /2 = 16 /2 x = 8
13/8 + 5/8 = 11/8 + 5/8 = 16/8 = 2
the number is 8 2 times 8 = 16 16 minus 5 = 11
8(11-x)=16
