Yes.

The concept of divisibility loses meaning once you move away from integers. With fractions, any number is divisible by any non-zero number (division by 0 is not defined).

So for example

203/500 is divisible by 27/83 and the answer is

203/500 * 83/27 = (203*87)/(500*27) = 17661/13500
