It meets all definitions I can find, and it would seem that a straight angle can be adjacent.

Definition: (1) Two angles that share a common side and a common vertex, but do not overlap. (2) An adjacent angle is either of two angles having a common side and a common vertex.

Adjacent angles are angles that have a common ray coming out of the vertex going between two other rays. Another way of saying this is that adjacent angles are next to one another, side by side or adjacent. (Hence the name)

It is an angle next to another one in a polygon.

Can a pair of straight angle be a adjacent?

Yes

Can the exterior angle of triangle be straight angle?

When any side of triangle is extended outwards then exterior angle is formed. Sum of this exterior angle and adjacent interior angle = 180o. If exterior angle = 180o(straight angle) then interior adjacent angle is 0o which is not possible. So exterior angle can't be straight angle.

Why does the sum of adjacent angles equals to 180 degrees?

Because that is what a straight line (or straight angle) is.

If an angle is not acute straight or obtuse it must be what?

It could be a right angle or a reflex angle

Does the measure of an exterior angle at the vertex of a polygon equal the measure of the adjacent interior angle?

The sum of an adjacent interior and its exterior angle will total to 360°. If the angles were to be equal, they would both have to be 180°. An angle of 180° is a straight line. A polygon may be composed of straight lines that intersect at vertices but a straight line has no vertex. That being the case, the answer to your question is "No".

What is an adjacent corresponding angle?

an adjacent corresponding angle is an angle which is adjacent to a particular angle as well as corresponding.

If adjacent equal sized angles are needed to form a straight angle how big is each angle?

Each angle is 180/5 = 36 degrees

Are two adjacent angles whose exterior sides are opposite rays always complementary?

No? Wouldn't they then be supplementary? Opposite rays make a straight angle/line, and if the exterior sides made the straight angle, the adjacent angles would be supplementary. ...Right?

What are two angles form a linear pair then they are adjacent and?

If the question refers to the total angle on a straight line then the angles are adjacent and supplementary - the angles total 180° .
