usually thay have about 2-3 lambs at one time :)
Lambs are too young to have offspring. Ewes, as in adult female sheep, have lambs and normally have one or two but can have up to four at a time.
New Zealand ewes produce 36 million lambs each spring time. Every year.If you calculate that the average lamb life expectancy is 10-12 years, that means there are 396 million lambs in New Zealand, even if you take mortality, males, and other negating aspects into account, the groth ratio of the lambing business keeps in roughly in those numbers.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domestic_sheep_reproduction

This isn't an answer, just adding info to my question:I bred my patterned rams over and over again with my solid-colored ewes and I am only getting solid colored sheep every single time! Please respond!
The only time that is mentioned in the Bible concerning the birth of Jesus was "when shepherds watched their flocks by night". The only time that people remained outdoors with their sheep is when the ewes are giving birth to lambs. This happens in the spring; late March to early April. So it is likely that Jesus was born in the spring. Why do we celebrate Christmas on December 25? Because the ancient Romans celebrated Saturnalia, and Sol Invictus, winter solstice festivals, at about that time.
The phrase "two shakes of a lamb's tail" means doing something very quickly or in a short amount of time, as lambs are known to move rapidly and shake their tails quickly. It expresses a sense of speed or efficiency.
I think that if you go to lambs farm you will have the best time
The best time to dock a lamb's tail is when it's very young. You may not want to do it right at birth, as some lambs need time to recover, but it should be done within 3 days to minimize discomfort to the lamb.
