The concept of "going into" is not relevant for fractions because any fraction can go into any other fraction (other than 0) a fractional number of times.
One third divided by two and one third = 1/7
One third of two is 0.66666666666666666666667
I do this all the time in math. Start with 0 the go one-third, two-third, and the finish with 1.
2.3333333333333333333333 or two and one third
Notwo thirds is two times as big as one third
one and one-third
Eight and two thirds.
One minus two thirds is one third.
Two fifths is 40% and one third is ~33% :)

There are two sixths in one third. 1/6 + 1/6 = 1/3 One third = two sixths
