It depends on the year and wheel configuration of your metro. Most metros have a 4 lug 12 inch wheel design whereas the Prizm has a 4 lug 13 - 14 inch wheel base. They may fit on a Geo Metro Convertible or any Geo Metro made after 1995 because after 95 the metro had 13 inch wheels. I would check by direct comparison first.
Most likely the back spacing/offset of your rims is not proper, or simply the wheels are too small for your brakes. The calipers are most likely rubbing against the back of the face of the wheel. you can either grind the calipers or buy 14"+ wheels. -AndrewK
18.4 inch tractor tires are on 16 inch rims in most cases. I don't know what the limit would be I would think 13 inch on 11 inch rims would be fine. The hardest part would be to get it inflated if it is tubeless. There are tricks to that though.
