Can you make it look like you cleared all memory from your TI-84 but that some information like programs or apps still stay in the memory?

Not that I'm aware of...if you save equations or information, your instructor will be able to see its title and content. Better make some flashcards :)

No if the code has been cleared it will not be stored in memory.
Definition of RAM ROM and cache memory?
Random Access Memory (RAM) is the memory in a computer that is used to store computer programs while they are running and any information the programs need to do their job. Cache memory is a more expensive memory much faster than regular memory. The BIOS ROM permanently stores essential system instructions (BIOS). The data held on ROM can be read but not changed. This is done during manufacturing. ROM is non volatile, meaning that the data stored on it will not be lost when the computer is switched off.

Nowhere... is still there. Just that if you save new information it will write it over the deleted information . memory in system is not in the form of energy .so it will have memory in ones and zeros.(binary)

If both programs are compatible with your version of Windows then it should be fine to install both programs. I do not know if both programs use the same memory addresses to run so I cannot say if memory conflicts prevent both programs running at the same time
Why can't we create virtual RAM just like a virtual disc?
We do. That is why systems with smaller amounts of memory can still run programs albeit slow. We make virtual memory on the hard drive.

You can reset the check engine light by disconnecting the battery of 20 seconds. This does work but you will need to take the vehicle to your local delear to have the ECU memory bank cleared. if the codes still appear after a memory clear it will then indicate a fault.
