No. If the decagon (a 10 sided polygon) is a regular decagon where all ten sides are of equal length and all angles are equal then the shape of such a polygon prevents complete tiling taking place. Gaps would remain.

If the polygon is irregular in shape then there may be a certain design that would enable complete tiling to be done.
