Assuming that you are referring only to currently circulating denominations (1 cent, 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents and 50 cents), there are two possible combinations:

and
40 pennies, 8 nickels and 2 dimes
If you are including obsolete US denominations (1/2 cent, 2 cents, 3 cents, and 20 cents), there are many more possible combinations, including, among others, fifty 2 cent pieces.
