Your system is probably looking for a network location called %APPDATA%. The same thing happened to me whenever I tried to install something, so I went to run and typed in RegEdit. I went to Edit, and then find and then typed in %APPDATA%. I then deleted all of the strings except for Default, and then Right Clicked and selected New → String Value. Then In the text box I entered %APPDATA%. The next time I installed something that message did not appear.

Hope that helped.
