I would shine that nickel up very carefully and check the edge for a thin line of a slightly different color where two different nickles have been ground down and soldered back together. Not sure what you have but it is probably fake. I've seen the soldering thing done with pennies before.
The nature of the minting process is such that a two-headed coin cannot be produced. What you have is a joke, or "magic" coin made by combining the heads of two different nickels. As a novelty, it is worth a couple of dollars.
