Does anyone have a copy of a game where you can guess a birth date by adding the first numbers in the 5 series of numbers I remember adding 2 and 16 and 1 i forgot the other two?

There are 5 cards, each of which has a grid of numbers from 1-31. The numbers are specifically chosen so that when looking at the binary representations of the numbers, the bit that corresponds to the first number written on the card is set in all the numbers. The victim tells you which cards their birthday appears on and you add together the first number on each card. The cards are:
