I am assuming you are talking about a US stamp and want to use it for US postage. You can, if i it s uncanceled. Of course, it only pays for 27 cents in postage, so you would have to add enough other stamps to pay the required postage for whatever you are mailing. The post card rate is now 28 cents, so you would have to add a 1-cent stamp if you want to use it on a post card.
