Practice, practice and more practice! Watch your instructors on how they do it. Being able to get the hip into the kick properly makes a big difference.
TKD stands for Tae Kwon Do. T stands for Tae (kick). K stands for Kwon (punch). D stands for Do (way).
first you got to learn how to do the trick and then just do the process faster for example to do a kick flip you pop the boardas if your doing a ollie and then kick the front corner of your board that's closest to you and then jump on top of the board when its doing the flip to do it faster kick harder
Continue to practice and you will kick faster. Make sure your technique is correct for each kick you are doing.
The greatest and most widely used technique used in Tae Kwon Do is the roundhouse kick (otherwise known as the "round kick"). Its advantage lies in its simplicity: it is easy and quick to execute and is the fastest way of scoring a point. However, the kick that is usually considered the "greatest" as far as complexity is the 540 kick (commonly known as the "tornado kick"). This is elaborate and difficult to execute.
Most likely, yes. Wear them for everyday activities, but also practice your kicking and punching with them on often.
there is the 540, axe kick, 360 or roundhouse, etc etc
yes
well a varial is a whole lot harder than a kick because you kinda have to rotate the boad before you kick.
Move your leg faster
I am a swimmer and "finning" is not a term we use. We use the term fins, and fins (or flippers) are things you put on your feet that make you swim faster, kick harder, and they give you a harder workout. Fins or flippers look like duck's feet.
Taekwondo might defeat a kick boxer. It depends entirely on the skills of the combatants. Both arts are highly effective methods of combat.
it is when you use fins while you swim to make you kick faster and make fast sets when you wear fins it puts extra weight on your feet making your feet heavier and harder to kick fins make you feet "longer" in a sense so you are able to push more water when you kick fins force you to kick faster otherwise your feet will just drag behind .... ive done a lot of fin sets. i hope this helps
