Some guys do that with their best friends even tho they end up completely straight.
Most guys assume other guys are disgusted by that, so they might act that way even if they don't think so. So it's hard to figure out sometimes.
The best thing is if you're really good friends and you can just ask him if he'd ever do anything with another guy. Maybe ask him if he'd ever do something with another guy for any price: thousand dollars, hundred thousand, half a million, a million, etc. Might get him to think about it seriously even if thinks he would never do it.
