we can become healthy on physical dimension of life by doing exercise daily,relax,eat healthy foods,sleep well mental by: educate,study hard,read books emotional by: build friendship,communicating to people spiritual by: take in quantity media,meditate and pray
The relation between them is that balance must always be present among all of them. If there is no balance, you could not say that you are healthy, you must not only be healthy in one dimension, you must be healthy in all dimensions.

You will be healthy and your body will become stronger.
Almost any, they just become less healthy.
To become healthy means that you eat healthy like you can eat fruits fro example (bananas,apples,strawberries,blue berries,pomagraniens, pears &ECT.).
