That's only about 1 pound every 5 to 6 days. Nothing to it! Just drop some of the
fat out of your diet, take fruit instead of chips and candy for snacks between meals,
drink a glass of water 15 minutes before each meal, and do one more walk around
the block every day.

hmm... 5kg is 10 pounds so it should be okay. But i would reccommened you to lose 2 pounds per week making it 8 pounds per month because that is healthy. In the end 5kg isn't too bad but don't lost more than 7kg.
wieght=age in months+9 divided by 2. like for 1 month baby weight=(1+9)/5=10/2=5kg
5kg of fat is around 30,800 calories and it is posable to loose 1,000 in an hour if u realy do try hard so it would take around 31 hours to burn off 5kg of fat .
