Fastest xp for ranging:
Use Red Chinchompas (obtained through hunter) on the skeleton monkies in the Ape Atol tunnell. I currently have 88 range and am able to get 300k xp per hour here. Very expensive, will cost about 45m for 80 to 99.
You can also use bronze knives at Yaks, which gets about 50k xp an hour, costs pennies.
For F2P-users, the best way would be Lesser Demons in the Karumja dungeon (you see them during Deamon Slayer) or flesh crawlers in the stronghold of security.
