The photos are run through an One Hour Photo machine which, if they are not busy, you can receive within approximately 20 minutes. You need two photos for each passport applicant. Also, Costco is $4.95 for two (2) photos. FYI, the US Post Office charges $15.00 for two (2) passport photos.
