How do you attract a 14 year old girl if Im 13 We met 1 and a half year ago and became friends... I realized I had feelings for her a half year later. I havnt seen her in 6 months?

Be romantic and flirty and just nice to her in general. If you want to become more then friends then you need to show her your inner boyfriend side. She need's to see that you can be more then a friend and that you will treat her like a proper boyfriend should.
Try surprising her, with little cards or notes and maybe little presents like her favourite lolly or something. At first try keeping it secret, so she doesnt know its you, let her start liking this mystery boy and then slowly give her little hints till she figures out that her mystery admirer was there the entire time.
Then once she knows its you, then you can send flirty little texts to keep her wanting more.
This will give you your best chance at becoming more then her friend.
Although this might not work if she likes someone else or if you have been severely friend zoned.
But either way it's worth a try!
