You don't do it . It is a nonsense thing to do . It is like asking how we calculate the volume of a Kangaroo. People just have no logical reason to make such a silly and useless calculation. Also. the volume of a tyre could be calculated , but we need to know if you mean just the empty tyre, or the tyre fitted to a vehicle and with air in it.

Irregular shaped objects can only have their volume measured by immersing them completely in a fluid such as water, and then measuring the volume of the water that overflowed when the tyre was fully immersed. That is the standard way, but who on earth would need to know the Volume of a car tyre. Also, I am Auistraslian, and spell the word tyre the same as British and Europeans. I assume you are from USA and spell it your own way. The same with the word Metre. USA is the only country that spells Metre your way.
