strictly speaking, you can't. square feet is a measure of area and millimetre is a measure of length. Kinda like you can't convert litres into horsepower, or hours into inches.

unless, of course, you wanna convert square feet into square millimetres, in which case:

1 squre foot (ft2) = 92903.04 square millimetres (mm2)

so, it's just a case of taking your original amount of ft2 and multiplying it by the above number to get the equivalent mm2

But it is MUCH easier to Google an online conversion calculator to do it for you...
