On each side of new receptacle there is a tab between the screws that hold the wires. This tab is bent back and forth until it breaks off. (Usually on the Brass or hot side.) The receptacle is now split and can now be wired for two separate circuits or one outlet switched and the other not. Easy way is to strip the wire under 1 screw back till it will go under the other screw on the same side and tighten.
i have followed the instructions for resetting the time onmy wr330. but it is not wprking
A GFCI trips when it detects a difference in the amperage going to the outlet and what is coming back. Even 4-6 miliamps difference will trip the outlet.
if this is a regular 110 plugin, just replace it. I suspect that you are either shorting out the wire when it is folded back into the box or the wire has been flexed too much and when folded back into the box is creating a disconnect. In either case, check the box for scorch marks, the wire for weak points or breaks in the insullation, *and* replace the receptical.
I don't know about EST (Eastern Standard Time). But, here in the UK, our clocks go back one hour at 2 am Sunday 26th October 2014.
Before your worry about that, go back to school, and learn to write correctly.

No, except that you insert the wires into the holes on the back of the outlet. The power in connects to the LINE side of the outlet and power out connects to the LOAD side of the outlet. This is clearly marked on the back of the outlet. This will not only protect the outlet with the GFCI installed but all outlets receiving their power from that GFCI. If you do not want to protect the outlets receiving power from the outlet then connect that outgoing wire to the LINE side also. But know that only the outlet with the GFCI will be protected and all other outlets will not be GFCI protected.
Depends on how far back the split goes. If it is only split 2"-3" from the muzzle, it can be cut and recrowned. If it is split back futher, the gun will have to be rebarrelled.
It is likely to find a back country outlet in Park City, Utah, or West Valley City, Utah. These cities are where the back country headquarters are located.
