13/4= 3 1/4
Improper to Fraction:
-see how many times 4 goes into 13 (3 times because 4x3=12)
-how many numbers are left over? (1 b/c 13-12= 1)
-create a new fraction by putting the 1 over the denominator (the denominator is 4)
-add the two together (3+1/4=3 1/4)
