You have to know the shape of it, and you may need to know another dimension of the shape. The simplest way to look at it is say you are given 64m2 and you know it is a square. a square's formula for area is length x length.
so length is square root of area, which is 8m
I don't understand converting an area to a lineal measurement. Do you mean the length of the side of a square of that area? This would be 201.168 meters.
Those two units are completely unrelated. You don't convert them.
This is an invalid conversion: square meters is a measure of area and meters is a measure of length or distance.
You simply can't convert between linear units and square units.
Quite simply, you don't convert from square meters to linear meters. Those units are not compatible.
You need to know the width (in metres) of the decking. Then Linear (or lineal) Metres * Width = Square metres so Linear Metres = Square Metrage / Width
Lineal metres = Square metre/Width of the timber.So linear metres = 20/0.083 = 240.96 metres.
14400 lineal feet to square meters
Multiply feet by 0.3048
A square metre is a unit of area. A metre is a unit of distance. The two units are therefore incompatible.
None. A lineal metre is a measure of distance while a square metre is a measure of area. The two measure different things and it makes no sense to try to convert from one to the other.
Lineal metres = Square metres/Width of the boards.
