I guess you are talking about showing percentages on a pie chart so that the whole chart shows 100 %.

The full turn is 360o represents 100 %

⇒ 360o ÷ 100 = 3.6o represents 100 % ÷ 100 = 1 %

⇒ multiply 3.6o by the percentage to get the required angle.

eg 15% is 1% x 15 ⇒ angle is 3.6o x 15 = 54o.

You could convert a percentage of an angle to an angle eg 50% of 90o is half of 90o. But you can't convert 50% of a room into an angle.
