You do not. A cubic metre is a measure of volume in 3-dimensional space, whereas a square metre is a measure of area in 2-dimensional space. The two measure different things and, according to the basic rules of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.

Divide by 1000.
They are: 1 square meter = 1*1 = 12 meters and 1 cube meter = 1*1*1 = 13 meters
You can't convert that. Square feet is a unit of area; meter is a unit of length. You can convert square feet to square meters, or feet to meters.
Impossible!!! Cubic meter is a volume measure and square meter is a measure of area!!!
