Go to any cell except A3 and type in the the following formula:
=A3/100
If you actually wanted to change the value in A3 itself by dividing it by 100, you can either type in the result of the previous formula or use Paste Special as follows. Type 100 into another cell. Click on it and copy it. Put the cursor on A3 so it is the active cell. Then go to the Edit menu, or use the shortcut menu and pick Paste Special. In the dialog box that comes up, pick Divide and then click OK. The value in A3 will now be divided by 100.
